The Project System Integrates With Many Accounting Systems

Our integrations to accounting is to allow you the have the full power of The Project System but not loose what needs to happen in Accounting as well.  So our interfaces pass the require data on to accounting so that transaction appear in accounting as if they were initiated in the accounting system.

In all cases we integrated with the Accounts Receivables. This integration includes seeding the Customer List as well as Invoice Transactions.  Depending on how you run your GL, we can pass Costs-of-Goods on with the AR Invoice Transaction.

Similar our Accounts Payable integration is also very powerful. This integration includes seeding the Vendor List as well as Billing Transactions.

Some of our clients also run Job Cost in the Accounting System so we send the Job Cost Project Data to the accounting system.
