Deliver excellent Estimating and Project Management software that helps improve an organization’s efficiencies and effectiveness that then enables them to be more profitable.

We have an intricate knowledge of the working systems that contractors use and we apply that knowledge to our product solutions. We develop tools and systems specific to related industries.

Provide Custom Software Development, Tech Support and Consulting Services on the Business Processes as they relate to the use of The Project System.

Notice about Text Messages: With our software, specifically TPS Mobile, text messages are sent out to your technicians in order to notify your technicians of work to be complete by that technician.  By setting up technicians in our software with a mobile contact information you agree to text message being set to your technicians.  You can elect not to enter your technician’s mobile information and messages will not be sent out.

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1/1/2021

By accessing or using Dove Net (“Software”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Software Service

Dove Net provides software tools for managing customers, quotes, work orders, scheduling, invoicing, payments, and related business operations. The Software is provided as a service and remains the property of Dove Net.

  1. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer, work order, invoice, and financial information entered into the Software.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Customer Data / Privacy

You retain ownership of your business and customer data. By using the Software, you grant Dove Net permission to store, process, and transmit such data (Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Text Message, etc.) as necessary to provide this service. Dove Net will not sell of distribute and of your business and customer data to any parties.

  1. Availability

Dove Net will make reasonable efforts to maintain system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, internet outages, and third-party service failures may affect availability.

  1. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Dove Net is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dove Net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

  1. Data Backup

While Dove Net performs routine backups, users are encouraged to maintain their own copies of critical business records. Dove Net is not responsible for losses resulting from data corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access.

  1. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Use the Software for unlawful activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Software.
  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Software may be suspended and data retained or deleted in accordance with Dove Net’s data retention policies.

  1. Changes to Terms

Dove Net may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using Dove Net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
