Recurring Billing, Auto Billing, and Maintenance Contracts are at the heart of any good service organization. We actually have two recurring billing modules.

The Auto Billing Module lets you create hundreds of recurring billings with various billing frequencies, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly. More importantly, you can associate service tickets to maintenance contracts, and then be able to run “Contract Profitability Reports.” The system allows for Printed or E-Mail Invoices, and non-printed invoices when auto ACH payments are in place.

The Enhanced Recurring Billing module is designed for High Volume, i.e. thousands of recurring billings. This module is suited specifically for Alarm Monitoring or Music Services. One of our clients processed 4000 invoices per month, for Muzak® billing, for all of Canada.
